Get your heads together at DEPOT in Cardiff in February for a quiz to raise money for Tŷ Hafan.
The firewalk is a fundraising challenge for those who dare! This thrilling challenge involves walking bare foot across 5 metres of 800 degree burning wood embers. No special effects, just you and the fire!

Our Welsh 3 Peaks challenge is not for the faint-hearted. Your team will join travellers from all of the world to walk a distance of 20.35 miles, making a total ascent of 9,397ft (2,864m) to reach the summits of Yr Wyddfa, Cadair Idris and Pen-Y-Fan.
