Making your will can be a simple process, but you may not be sure where to start. As a valued supporter of Tŷ Hafan, we would like to give you the opportunity to make or update your will for free, through our free will writing services, giving yourself and your loved one’s peace of mind, and ensuring that your wishes are carried out.
You are not obliged to include a gift for Tŷ Hafan in your Will, but of course, we do hope that after looking after your loved ones, you’ll consider us. Leaving a gift in your will to Tŷ Hafan will ensure we continue being the lifeline for all those children and families in Wales who so desperately need us for many years to come.
Write your will with a local solicitor through the National Free Wills Network.
Tŷ Hafan have joined up with the National Free Wills Network; a service that offers supporters a chance to meet with a local solicitor, from a network of well-known solicitors across the UK, to have a simple will or pair of (simple) wills written or updated free of charge.
Please note that due to Covid19 restrictions, some meetings with solicitors may be held online. There may be additional costs for more complex wills.
We have partnered with Guardian Angel, an online Will writing service, offering supporters of Tŷ Hafan, the chance to make a simple Will (or pair of Wills) for free.
Writing a simple Will with Guardian Angel can be done from the comfort of your home via online or over the phone and all Wills are legally binding and checked by their team of experts.
Call 0800 773 4014 to arrange an appointment to start your will over the phone, or click below to access your link to start your Will online.
*There is a £10 a year subscription which can be cancelled once your will has been submitted. The first year is for free, so you won't be charged anything now. This subscription lets you make unlimited updates to the will, saving you from having to buy a new one or pay for any edits as life changes. You can cancel it at any time by getting in touch with the Guardian Angel team. There may be a cost for more complex wills.
